GroupPilot Facebook group poster Chrome extension posting to multiple groups with live progress

Posting to 30 groups by hand takes an hour.

Open the group, click the box, paste, attach the photo, wait, post, repeat. Facebook no longer lets apps publish to groups through its API, so a browser-based group poster is the practical way to do it. GroupPilot makes the same clicks you would, without you sitting there.

Why use GroupPilot

Save time. Reach more groups. Do less.

The work stays the same. The hours you spend on it do not.

Save hours every week

Posting to 30 groups by hand takes about an hour of clicking. With GroupPilot you set it up once, press post and get on with your day.

Reach more people

Put your offer, product or blog post in front of every community you have joined, not just the three you had time for today.

Stay consistent

Post to all your groups every time instead of skipping some. Regular visibility is what brings in clicks, leads and sales.

Look natural

Random delays, message variations and shuffled group order keep each post from looking copy-pasted.

Text, photos and video

Share a link, several photos at once or an mp4 video, whatever works best for your audience.

Private and in your control

Runs inside your own logged-in browser. No password sharing, no servers, and a Stop button whenever you need it.

Your time, before and after

Estimate for a 30-group post, based on about two minutes per group when done by hand.

By hand
~60 min
  • Open every group one by one
  • Paste, attach, wait, post
  • Repeat 30 times
With GroupPilot
~2 min of your time
  • Write the post once
  • Tick your groups, press post
  • It runs while you do other work

GroupPilot spaces posts with delays you control, so the run itself takes longer. You are free the whole time.

How to post to multiple Facebook groups in 3 steps

1

Import your groups

One click collects every group you have already joined. Search, tick the ones you want and skip the rest.

2

Write your post

Choose Text / Link, Photo or Video. Add random variations so no two posts read exactly the same.

3

Press post

GroupPilot posts group by group inside your logged-in browser while you work on something else.

Facebook group auto poster features

Everything you need to bulk post to Facebook groups, nothing you don't.

Multi-group posting

Send one post to dozens of joined groups without copy-pasting.

Text, photo & video

Post text with a link, several photos at once, or an mp4 video.

Spintax & random text

Use {Hi|Hello} or {{RAN_M(a|b)}} so each group gets a slightly different message.

Auto-import groups

Pulls the groups you joined with their names and links.

Delay, threads & limit

Control the pause between posts, how many run at once and the cap per run.

Auto-stop

Stops on repeated failures or a Facebook restriction notice.

Live progress & history

See posted, failed and remaining. Export your history to CSV.

Private by design

Runs in your own browser. No password sharing and no servers.

Posting safely to Facebook groups

Facebook limits accounts that post identical content too fast. To keep risk down, vary your text, space posts apart, post only useful content to groups that allow promotion and follow each group's rules.

GroupPilot helps with random message variations, adjustable delays, shuffled group order, a Stop button and automatic stopping when something goes wrong. Automation can still go against Facebook's terms and no tool removes that risk, so use it at your own risk.

Why choose GroupPilot over monthly tools?

Many Facebook group posting tools charge a monthly subscription. GroupPilot is a single payment.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay once and get the extension plus future updates. There is no subscription or renewal.

Will Facebook ban my account?

No tool can promise that. Automating Facebook can go against its terms and posting too much too fast triggers restrictions. GroupPilot includes random delays, message variations and auto-stop to lower the risk, but you use it at your own risk. Start small and avoid posting identical promotional content everywhere.

Does it ask for my Facebook password?

Never. It works inside your own browser where you are already logged in. Nothing is sent to a server.

Which browsers does it work on?

Google Chrome and Chromium-based desktop browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Brave and Opera.

How do I install it?

After purchase you download a .zip file. Unzip it, open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and choose the folder. It takes about a minute and a guide is included.

What if Facebook changes and it stops working?

Facebook's layout changes from time to time. When that happens an updated version is released and customers get it free.

Does it work with groups I have not joined?

No. It only posts to groups you are already a member of and follows each group's own rules, such as admin approval.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. There is a 7-day refund window. If GroupPilot does not work for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will sort it out. See the Refund Policy for details.
